Dent & Ding Fix (“Dent & Ding Fix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a locally owned, mobile paintless dent repair and hail damage repair business serving the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley. We operate the website www.elitedentworks.com (the “Site”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have, with specific attention to the rights of California residents.

By using our Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

Note On CCPA Coverage The full CCPA generally applies only to businesses meeting certain thresholds ($25M+ annual revenue, buying/selling/sharing the personal information of 100,000+ California consumers or households, or deriving 50%+ of revenue from selling personal information). Most small local businesses do not meet these thresholds. This section offers these rights as good practice — confirm with an attorney whether the CCPA legally applies to you and adjust accordingly. Delete this note before publishing.

California “Shine the Light” Law

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request, once per year, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 13.

10Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11Links to Other Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and social media pages (such as Yelp, Instagram, and Facebook) that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
